Cooking up some curriculum goals using our ESK!

Miss Renn and her class were cooking up a storm today! Using the red dots that students have become so familiar with, Miss Renn’s food technology class created Macc and Cheese with a roux sauce. Red dots are used to outline the Essential Skills and Knowledge (ESK) from the curriculum and help students recall and understand important learning points.

Great work and just in time for lunch!
