At The Macclesfield Academy, we are proud to see our students go on to achieve great things, following a wide variety of exciting and successful pathways. Many of our graduates progress to the prestigious Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College, while others choose to continue their studies at local sixth forms or colleges, pursue rewarding apprenticeship schemes, or go on to university to further their ambitions. Whatever their destination, our students leave The Macclesfield Academy confident, capable, and ready to make their mark on the world.
"I attended Macclesfield Academy and following my A Level studies was successful in gaining an Engineering Degree Apprenticeship with Siemens. A degree apprenticeship has allowed me to earn money and gain on the job experience whilst also completing a degree.
I am now in the final year of my 4-year degree apprenticeship. Upon its completion I will have earned a BEng (Hons) Degree in Automation and Control and permanent employment within Siemens Digital Industries."
