Macclesfield Academy Girls' Football Team Heads to District Cup Final Today

The Macclesfield Academy’s girls' football team will compete this afternoon in the prestigious Macclesfield District Cup Final at the Leasing.com Stadium, home of Macclesfield FC.

The squad, which brings together standout players from across Y9 and Y10, earned its place in the final after a dominant run in the tournament. Today's match represents a major milestone for the academy’s sports programme, showcasing the development and dedication of its female athletes.

The team will step out onto the professional turf of Macclesfield FC this afternoon, with kick-off scheduled for later today.
